Magha Masa Mahatmya Part 1

Magha Masa Mahatmya contained in Vayu purana is full of anecdotes to describe Vishnu’s Supremacy (Sarvottamatva) and Vayu being supreme Jeeva (Vayu Jeevottamatva).

Along with these anecdotes, description of all good deeds (satkarmas) to be performed by all devotees during Magha masa and their fruits (phalas) are described. With many examples illustrated, the book is very informative and thought provoking.

Sri Subbannacharya has given a Kannada rendering of this great work. This is in two parts. This book is dedicated to Shri Sathyapramoda Theertha who is residing at Thirukoilur.
